Choose your experience
Hourglass squeezes the time. GRIT Night stretches the work. Both keep people close enough to encourage one another and make a difficult day feel social.

Walk or ruck one mile. Run or take on Hybrid for two. The first round gives you 30 minutes, then 29, then 28—and everyone returns to the same basecamp.
How Hourglass works
The course gets longer. The clock doesn’t. Every 15 minutes: run one mile, return to the GRIT zone, and burpee broad jump to a cone that moves five meters farther away each round.
How GRIT Night worksMore than race day
Tour weekends give members, neighbors, families, and first-timers a place to meet face to face.
Walks, conversations, training, and time around basecamp turn a hard effort into something people share.
