The horn
Every 15 minutes, a new round begins.
Toughest Alive GRIT Night
The course gets longer. The clock doesn't.
Every 15 minutes: run one mile, return to the GRIT zone, complete your burpee broad jumps, and get back across the line before the next horn.

How GRIT Night works
Every round begins on a 15-minute clock with a one-mile run. When you return to the GRIT zone, complete burpee broad jumps to a cone that moves five meters farther away each round.
One burpee. Jump forward. Another burpee. Jump forward. Keep moving until you reach the cone, then cross the line before the next 15-minute horn.
The progression
The run stays at one mile. The burpee broad jump course keeps growing. The clock never gives you more than 15 minutes.
One round at a time
Miss the horn? Tap out, catch your breath, and join the crowd cheering everyone still moving. The field gets smaller. The cheering section gets bigger, louder, funnier, and increasingly ridiculous—in the best way.
Every 15 minutes, a new round begins.
Complete one mile and return to the shared GRIT zone.
Move toward the cone with one burpee, one forward jump, and another burpee until you reach it.
Get back across the line before the next horn to earn another round.

Three-hour cap
GRIT Night is capped at three hours. If multiple participants survive the final scheduled round, the night ends with a final showdown. Simple enough to understand. Hard enough that nobody knows exactly how far they will make it.
