Challenge submissions

We collect athlete name, private email, age group, raw and official elapsed time or score, official bodyweight, lifting loads and reps, calculated tonnage and strength credit, Scaled assistance details, completion date, general location, optional social handle and evidence links or an uploaded screenshot, and confirmation of the standards. Published results show those fields except email and uploaded screenshots. Submit only information you consent to make public. Review happens before publication.

Uploaded screenshots are stored privately and available only to the organizer through protected admin review. They are never displayed on the public leaderboard. Crop out addresses, route start points, account details and other private information before uploading. Contact us to request removal.

Email list

Only explicit opt-in adds your first name and email to our list. We record consent wording, source and timestamps. Participation does not require newsletter consent. Every update must include an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops future updates. Resource access remains available without newsletter signup.

Young athletes

Submissions and email signup are made by adults. A parent or legal guardian may submit a minor’s attempt, using a first name or nickname, the Under 18 age group, a general location and the adult’s email. Do not include a child’s address, school, birth date or private contact details.

Storage and access

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Result emails and the subscriber list are available only to the organizer through the protected admin tools. Technical logs and temporary request-rate counters help operate and protect the site. We do not sell personal information. If an email delivery provider is connected later, it will receive only the information needed to send opted-in updates.

Your choices

Ask to correct or remove a result, access your information, or unsubscribe by contacting toughestalive@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request. Public result history is retained until corrected or removed; newsletter opt-out records are retained to honor your preference.

Existing member app

Existing accounts and records in the separate member app remain separate. This website rebuild does not delete that data or alter an existing billing agreement. Contact us for help with an existing account.
