Movement standards
Air squat: hip crease below the top of the knee, then stand to full hip and knee extension. Floor push-up: straight body from shoulders to heels, chest touches ground, then return to straight arms without hips rising first. Burpee: chest and thighs touch ground, then stand and jump with both feet clear, hips extended and hands together overhead; stepping back and up is allowed. Elevated push-up: use a secure support around waist height, keep the body straight, touch the chest to the support and return to straight arms. Wall push-up: feet stay planted, bend elbows to bring the chest toward the wall, then press to straight arms. Elevated step-back burpee: hands on a secure support, step into a straight-body plank, step forward and stand tall; no push-up or jump. Carry: use a weighed, securely packed soft bag, held against the front of the chest with both arms. No backpack, vest, straps or shoulder carry. Use a measured 100m carry route (50m for Youth). Set the bag down safely to rest; resume from that point. Weigh the bag before starting; it must be at least the prescribed load. Carry distance is additional to the run/walk distance. Measure the outdoor course before starting; use the same route each round. Running or walking is allowed. No treadmill or motorized assistance. Complete each movement in order and finish each round before beginning the next. Use one continuous elapsed-time clock, with auto-pause OFF. Rest, transitions, food and water all stay on the clock. Start at the first run/walk; stop at completion of the final rep. Round time UP to the next whole second and enter HH:MM:SS. No time cap: only fully completed prescribed attempts receive a ranked finish time. Repeat any failed reps. RX, Scaled and Youth rank separately; equal times share a rank.
RX planning estimate: about 75–150 minutes, not a qualifying cutoff. Equipment: measured routes, timer, weighed soft bag and stable support for Scaled/Youth. Warm up and practice the movements first. Choose the division you are prepared to complete; rest or walk as needed. These are occasional endurance tests, not daily workouts. Further modifications are welcome as unranked practice. Youth attempts must be supervised and submitted by a parent or guardian; use a shorter practice session rather than a scored attempt if the prescribed Youth test exceeds preparation. A screenshot, HTTPS activity link or video link is required to submit. For verification, provide measured route and elapsed-time evidence plus uninterrupted movement video showing full-body range of motion and the load when applicable. An activity link alone does not verify movement reps. Submissions remain private until organizer approval; verification is never automatic.
