Build 10.

Strength. Distance. Grit.

10× bodyweight · 10K / 10 kilometers · 100 burpees + 100 pull-ups.

01 / Balanced strength

10× bodyweight

Back Squat + Bench Press + Deadlift tonnage.

02 / Distance

10K / 10 kilometers

Complete the full measured distance after strength.

03 / Grit

100 + 100

Burpees + pull-ups. Partition however you choose after the run.

One clock. All the work.

STRENGTH → RUN → BURPEES + PULL-UPS. Start the clock immediately before beginning the scored strength portion. Complete all scored strength work, then the full run, then both finishing movements. Stop only when every required burpee and pull-up is complete. Lifting, loading, rest, transitions, walking and aid stops remain on one continuous clock. After the run, partition burpees and pull-ups however you choose. Official Time = Raw Time − Strength Credit. Lowest Official Time wins; equal Official Times share rank.

Balanced reps. Real strength.

Count successful Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift repetitions. Final counts must differ by no more than one repetition: 4/4/5 and 5/6/6 pass; 4/4/6 and 1/1/9 fail. Every lift must have at least one successful rep. Different loads may be used across the three lifts. Record one load per lift and all successful scored reps at that load; breaks between sets are allowed. Failed attempts add no tonnage or successful reps, but time keeps running. There is no strength-stage time cap.

Squat load × successful reps + bench load × successful reps + deadlift load × successful reps = total strength tonnage. Divide by official bodyweight to find your achieved multiple.

Fewer reps earn time.

Every successful strength rep below 24 earns 20 seconds of Strength Credit, capped at 4 minutes. Maximum credit is reached at 12 total reps or fewer. More than 24 reps earns zero credit, with no added time penalty.

Raw Time − Strength Credit = Official Time. Lowest Official Time wins. No staggered run start, extra strength time cap or per-lift bodyweight quota.

Movement standards & counting

Official bodyweight & load

Weigh before starting. Record bodyweight and all loads in one unit (kg or lb), with at most two decimal places. Loads include bar and plates. Warm up before the scored clock. Record successful repetitions and evidence for manual review.

Back Squat

Begin standing tall with the bar on your back. Lower until the hip crease passes below the top of the knee; return to full hip and knee extension without assistance. Use appropriate safeties and spotters.

Bench Press

Begin with elbows extended. Lower to a controlled chest touch and press to full elbow extension. Keep shoulders and buttocks on the bench; no bouncing or spotter assistance.

Deadlift

Lift from a stationary floor position to full standing lockout with hips and knees extended. Return the bar under control. Each rep starts from the floor; no assistance or hitching.

Run

Complete the measured metric distance. Miles are rounded display equivalents. Walking is allowed. Use raw elapsed time with auto-pause off. Save running evidence: a route/activity link, video or private screenshot.

Burpee

Chest and thighs contact the ground. Return to full standing extension with hands overhead. Step-back and step-up are allowed. No broad jump, required jump or minimum jump height. Count at standing extension with hands overhead.

RX pull-up

Start at full elbow extension in a dead hang. Strictly pull until the chin clearly passes above the bar, then return to full elbow extension. No kipping or butterfly pull-ups. Count only successful full-range repetitions.

Scaled pull-up

Use band-assisted strict pull-ups: full elbow extension, chin clearly above the bar, return to full elbow extension, without kipping or butterfly movement. Use the same band setup throughout and record band brand/resistance and setup. All other Level quantities and strength thresholds stay the same. Scaled results rank separately from RX; assistance details are public.

RX uses strict pull-ups. Scaled uses strict band-assisted pull-ups with the setup recorded. All other Level quantities stay the same. The two divisions never share standings.
