100 air squats + 100 push-ups · 10 kilometers · 100 burpees
Start on the first strength rep. Finish all strength work before running, then finish the entire run before GRIT. Squats and push-ups may be partitioned within the strength stage. Rest, aid stops and transitions count. Stop after the last successful GRIT rep. Count only successful reps; repeat no-reps. Metric distances govern; miles are rounded display equivalents.
Archived movement rules
Air squat
Begin standing tall. Lower until the hip crease is below the top of the knee; stand with hips and knees extended. Count at full extension.
Push-up
Start with straight arms and a straight body from shoulders to heels. Touch chest to the ground, then return to full elbow extension without lifting the hips first.
Burpee
From standing, bring chest and thighs to the ground. Return to standing and jump with both feet clear of the ground, hips extended and hands together overhead. Stepping back and forward is allowed.
Run
Measure the complete route; use elapsed time with auto-pause off. Rest, walking, aid stops and transitions remain on the clock. Save a route or activity link when available.
Sandbag over shoulder
Start with the entire bag on the ground. Lift and send it fully over either shoulder so it lands behind you. Reset on the ground for every rep. Record bodyweight and bag weight in the same units; round the required bag weight up to the next available increment.

Submitted is self-reported. Verified means the organizer reviewed supporting evidence. Equal scores share a rank within a division. Multiple attempts remain in the historical record. Unfinished capped attempts show progress without a finish-time rank. Equipment and prescribed scaling may vary; compare setups as well as scores.
